Katy is writing regular blogs for Physis Arts and Therapies. She is a client of Leighah and Hannah, and has come a long way through some difficult struggles and found new and healthier ways of coping and being in the world and is growing and learning day by day.

Today, Katy has a blog for you all on her practice of Affirmations. Here is what Katy has to say:

‘I have put together some of my favourite affirmations. Hopefully, they will help some other people too.

Here are my 10 favourites:

1 – Find some positive even when it feels like your life is falling apart.

2 – Be the best version of you.

3 -You are enough.

4 – You are radiant.

5 – Yesterday is the past, today is the present, tomorrow is the future.

6 – Believe you can, and you are half way there.

7 – You don’t have to please people.

8 – Use your energy to believe rather than to worry.

9 – Never speak negatively about yourself.

10 – Stay away from drama and negativity.

I hope these will help some people like they have helped me.’
